Face the STEM Gap - Women in STEM

To announce its annual $1 million donation and ten-year vision to close the gender gap in STEM, Olay challenged readers to “Face the STEM Gap” with the first beauty ads written in code, released on Women’s Equality Day, and featuring female STEM professionals instead of models.

Served as San Francisco director of photography on Face the STEM Gap, an award-winning campaign highlighting women in STEM, recognized with a D&AD Pencil Award. RAR Pictures provided camera production support, in collaboration with Saatchi & Saatchi NY, director Sarah Silver and producer Christine Busby. The ads appeared across channels and in print in The New York Times, Harper’s Bazaar and Allure.
